Tiger Stripes

So I noticed a few days ago, that with all of the rain we have had, our lawn was looking really green and lush. I figured it was because the hubs had aerated and fertilized and was taking really fabulous care of it.

Then I took a closer look.

Hrm. It looks great in all spots except those stripes down the middle. What the hell?!

Ladies and Gentlemen, let this be a lesson to you. When fertilizing grass, make sure that you know you're getting the whole thing. Because it really will show up if you miss a few spots. Or a lot of spots.

Unless, of course, you like tiger stripes in your lawn.
